I agree to the terms and conditions of CHAPS 2000 as described here and on the software license agreement. CHAPS 2000 is a data intensive software program for beef cattle production. Use of these forms is prohibited without registering. CHAPS 2000 and the forms are intended to give owners and/or managers a tool with which they can best collect, interpret and analyze data. The program is intended to give owners and/or managers a tool with which they can best collect, interpret and analyze data within their beef cattle enterprise. CHAPS 2000 forms are for use of CHAPS 2000 users and are intended to be filled out and sent to the CHAPS 2000 office for processing. The cost of entering your records in the computer program and processing your records is 50¢ per record. I agree to send the forms for processing to the following:
