Do you want to purchase an Extended Membership with your site license?

Extended Membership is a free benefit for the first year you use the CHAPS program. After the first year the fee is $20.00 billed annually. If you purchase the Extended Membership with your CHAPS software now, no fee will be due until you begin your third year of records.
