SCREEN LAYOUT

• On the very top, the Menu Bar will read "Default Herd" along with the program you are using.

• The first box in the upper right hand corner (Minimize) allows the user to minimize the screen to the Start bar at the bottom of the screen.

• The second box in the upper right hand corner with two small squares (Restore) allows the user to shrink the screen to make the previous screen available for entries.  To maximize the screen, click the middle box again.

• The third box in the upper right hand corner with the "X" inside will close the program. 

• Below the Menu Bar will be the Main Menu giving the user options like File, Forms, and Reports.  

• The four pictures below the main menu are known as Access Icons which allow the user to access files and folders without going through the Main Menu.
