FILE: The "folder" icon found below and to the right of File offers  these same choices.

Open Allows the user to open a calf, cow, or sire file for input, to edit, or deleting data.
Print Screen Allows the user to print the current screen.
Exit Allows the user to exit the program.

FORMS: The "legal pad" icon under Import offers these same options.

Blank Input Forms Allows the user to manually enter calf data.
Cow Worksheets Allows the user to manually enter cow data.
Replacement Worksheet  Allows the user to enter data on replacements.

REPORTS: The "printer" icon below and to the left of Reports offers these same options.

Calf Reports Allows the user to obtain, the Calf Reference List-Birth, Weaning, Background, Replacement, Feedlot, and Carcass Reports.  The Herd Analysis Report lists various individual and group reports, along with a comparison of their herd performance to another typical herd performance.  Post Weaning-Background, Yearling, Feedlot, Carcass, and Calf Notes Reports are available also.
Cow Reports Allows the user to obtain the Cow Reference List, Culling Reference List, various Lifetime Progeny Reports, Breeding Report, Conception Report, Pedigree Report, Performance Report, and Cow Notes Report.
Sire Reports Allows the user to obtain the Sire Reference List, Pedigree Report, Performance Report, and the Sire Notes Report.
Herd Reports Allows the user to obtain the Herd Reference List.

IMPORT: The user has the opportunity to convert their records from DOS to Windows.

SETUP: The "magnifying glass" icon below Reports and Imports offers these same options.

Herd Allows the user an opportunity to identify the herd.  Herd Identification must be done before any other records can be entered into the CHAPS 2000 program.
Bull Turn Out Date These dates must be as accurate as possible as the program generates reports on the dates that you provide.  Think carefully before entering any dates as incorrect dates will generate inaccurate reports.
Preferences Allows the user an opportunity to enter calf miscellaneous code labels of their choice, EPD miscellaneous labels of choice, and to select the sorting order for the cows.
SPA Preferences Allows the user an opportunity to enter pregnancy records of the cows for comparison of their records with another typical SPA record. 

UTILITIES: 

Update Notes Allows the user an opportunity to update or add notes on the calves, cows, and sires. 
Database Allows the user an opportunity to compact, repair, and view the database.  A password for viewing the database is necessary.  The user can also transport an archive database to a current database.
